In Valdecarros, more than 100 years ago, three generations of our family have worked in the preparation of hams and sausages.
First it was our grandfather Bienvenido García, who started the company, being our father Enrique García has consolidated the name of Enrique García Ham firm prestige.
Today, we are (Enrique and Javier with our sons) the followers of its good performance over the years keeping the traditional taste of the old killings, while we have adapted to changing times. This has allowed us now combining the tradition of craftsmanship with the latest technology.
In Enrique García we enable our products to their homes as you like, thanks to our own facilities, pig farm, feedlot, feed mill, slaughterhouse, cutting plant and sausage factory.
